Step 2) Getting Your Login Information
Go to the inbox's Spam folder and look for "Your Subscription Details".
Step 3) log in to your subscription and then go to the app's settings. Next scroll to "Player Settings". Once you open player settings select Hardware Decoder and then save changes. This step is very important.
